- Laminate the "Looking for Players"/"Looking for Teacher" signs (still use neon colored paper)
- Print large posters 16x20
- Put vendors on stage instead of gaming tables (lighting not great for gaming)
- Plastic name tag/pins for Staff

- Give at least 2 hours of staff time prior to public entry
- Cashier for snacks
- Vendors or RPGs on stage
- Kids gaming room?
- Licensed (?) childcare workers
- Kid check in / check out
- Kid's ticket gives access to this room + main con with parent
Things I am working on
- POS through WooCommerce -- had it this year but the iPad was faster / easier
- This keeps all of our transactions in one place
- Improving checkin scanning and day to day counting
- Thinking about how to better utilize volunteers rather than paid staff
